Coronavirus is a new respiratory illness that has not previously been seen in humans. So far, eighty-seven (4th March 2020) people have tested positive for coronavirus in the UK. The risk of getting the illness in the UK is moderate. This permits the government to plan for all eventualities.
We want to protect our patients and team, so, if you have flown from Italy and other european countries, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 2 weeks (or have been in close contact with someone who has) and you feel unwell, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.
